Mr. Remmel has been supporting the intelligence community for over 20 years. His background includes leadership roles in extensive, large-scale development and cradle-to-grave programs and comprehensive business operations experience spanning strategic planning, program management, customer engagement, engineering management, new business development and capture, P&L management, requirements planning, and quality management. Prior to founding Cyber Bat he was the Director of programs at SAIC responsible for the MPO business which he grew by 300% over a 2 year period. He led a Business area for General Dynamics Mission systems with a portfolio value of over $100 million/year.

Mr. DeMichele has supported the intelligence community for over 20 years. His experience emphasizes the development of terrestrial and non-terrestrial CONUS-controlled systems including mission control, telemetry design, structural design, optical design, requirements derivation and allocation, interface control, and risk management. Prior to joining Cyber Bat, he served the IC as a Systems Engineering and Technical Advisor for SAIC, business area lead engineer in support of business development and IRAD for GDMS, and Chief Systems Engineer on a $50M Task Order for GDMS.

Kelly McCormack
Aspiring Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Kelly is passionate about improving candidate engagement & experience. She began her journey in recruiting supporting the automotive industry, pivoting to support government contracts in 2009. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, and is completing dual Master’s degrees in Legal Studies and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Other interests include people analytics, human capital management and life long learning.

Mr. Bonilla has been supporting the intelligence community since 2014, and holds a BS in Computer Science from Appalachian State University. Prior to joining CyberBat he has spent the last 8 years at the DoD directly both leading & supporting various cybersecurity mission teams as a Software Engineer, Cybersecurity Operator, Cybersecurity Engineer, Data Engineer, and Project Manager. He has specialized in leading the integration efforts of DevOps & cybersecurity engineering teams into cybersecurity operations teams; to include supporting & integration with SOCs, Cyber Threat Intel, Threat Hunting, Red, and Blue Team missions. In 2018 Joseph Co-founded a cyber security firm with a focus on helping secure small businesses and develop next generation cybersecurity tools. The combined experience working on both large DoD enterprise networks as well as smaller businesses in both the private and public sectors has helped to cement his understanding of the global cybersecurity threat landscape.
